Copyright complaints

If you believe material on MR MATCHA CLUB infringes your copyright, email mrmatcha@mrmatcha.com. Please include: the copyrighted work you believe was infringed; the Club page, post, image, café listing, or other material at issue; your name and contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

What MR MATCHA CLUB may do

We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a complaint, contact the person or business that submitted the material when appropriate, preserve relevant records, and take action against repeat infringement or abuse of the complaint process. Automated safety moderation may separately scan submitted text or images for safety risks, but a safety classification does not determine copyright ownership, licensing, fair use, or whether a formal copyright complaint is valid.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact the same address with enough information to identify the removed material and explain why you believe it should be restored. Formal DMCA counter-notices have specific legal requirements, so you may want legal advice before submitting one.
